luxury rooms in an apartment building, perfect central location, unique décor
Finding the entrance is a real quest!!! The communal areas are in dire need of maintenance and are quite uninviting!!! The lack of on-site parking is frustrating, especially for those with cars!!!

The Junior Suite with Balcony blew me away with its unique circular bed and stunning street views! Breakfast served in-room was the cherry on top, and Luca's hospitality made everything feel extra special. Don't miss out on local eats at Mad in Italy nearby for a delightful slice of Catania!
Finding the entrance was a bit of a scavenger hunt—definitely could have used clearer directions! Also, the breakfast menu's limited to just croissants and coffee, which is great if you're a croissant fan but might leave others wanting more variety.

The room was stunning, featuring a spacious layout and unique circular bed, complemented by high arched ceilings that created an airy atmosphere. The balcony offered pleasant street views, providing a sense of local life. However, the service felt a bit rushed at times, and the communication was occasionally unclear. While the breakfast was a delightful addition, the lack of attentiveness during check-in was a slight downside.

stunning room but not ideal service
The spacious suite featured a unique circular bed, offering an incredible touch. High arched ceilings made the room feel airy and inviting. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony, taking in the vibrant city views as I relaxed. The landmark view added a special charm to my stay, enhancing the experience of living like a local.
The service could have been more attentive.
